“This is definitely a great place to rent a bike in Lombok. We got a very fair price, and he gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations about the island. What really stood out was his incredible customer service. He even helped us with our backpacks and arranged their delivery to our hotel, as well as helping us with several other things during our stay. He was always extremely kind, reliable, respectful, and ready to help whenever we needed something. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and is not just interested in making money. He is an honest and trustworthy person you can truly count on. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the whole experience. “The rental experience was very straightforward. 100k per day for a Honda vario, very reasonable price. The bike itself was well maintained and worked great. I hired for three days and extended to four, they also offer leaving your bike at a different port, if you are going to the Gili islands for example. A great service, id recommend.”
